I am taking this doula business to the streets!

Well, the Crozet Library–close enough. Come on out, y’all! We’re going to spend 90 super fun minutes on November 8 talking about ways to make your birth better. If you’re pregnant, please come, and bring partners or support people if you like.

This is a free class. You can read all the details here. A word about what the class is NOT: I will not be teaching stages of labor or other “childbirth education” kinds of info. There just isn’t time. Instead, we’ll focus on practical, concrete things you can do to prepare for birth and to handle your labor when it begins. Bring a notebook!
